2014 Shareholder Meeting & Board Meeting

May 20th, YaoPharma held the 2014 annual shareholder meeting, and the 12th meeting of the 7th session of the board.
13 resolutions were passed during the meeting, including the “Annual Work Report of the Board” and “Annual Work Report of the President”. The board of shareholders, board of directors and board of supervisors acknowledged YaoPharma’s sales performance of 2 billion RMB sales revenue and 200 million RMB net profit, and showed great confidence in YaoPharma’s development for the next 5 years.
Recommended by Fosun Pharma, Mr. Chen Zhanyu was appointed as the new supervisor instead of Mr. Cui Zhiping. Being nominated by the President, Ms Zhang Zhengjun was appointed as the vice president.
